family and loved ones. Floor to ceiling sliding glass windows further connect the home to the
outdoor space.

The first floor houses the three bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own outdoor terrace
and the bathroom has twin sinks, bathtub, shower and a natural light cube that keeps the space open and elevated.
The second bedroom has built-in desk space and a pool view, making it a flexible room
ideal for work or guests, while the third bedroom also has a terrace overlooking the pool.

As an optional upgrade, Ahau offers a lock-off on the third level. Stairs are added to continue up to the

If you wish to completely separate this space for rental while using the main house, you can cut off access from
the main house staircase, and guests can use the spiral staircase that goes directly from inside the lower level courtyard, straight to the upper floor.
